HELLO AND WELCOME! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Art Therapist, located in Montgomery County, PA, with over 25 years of clinical experience, specializing in work with children, adolescents, college-aged/ 20-somethings, parents, and couples. I offer a calm, welcoming space that encourages family members to feel safe and connected, while with great care, look at cyclical communication patterns, conflict, and tools to enhance family connection and inner wisdom.
I have significant experience working with clients impacted by anxiety, depression, difficulty sleeping, grief and loss, having the same argument over and over, a feeling of distance in relationships, trauma, controlling relationships, as well as offering parents a space to review family dynamics, intended and unintended messaging, and identifying needs.
I offer clients choices of both verbal and non-verbal approaches- because sometimes we don't have the words to express what we are going through and need another way to share a story. I specialize in Attachment-Based Family Therapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Art Therapy, and Compassionate Self Care.
